Hoopla will be available to card holders on October 1st. Download the app. The great news is that 5 checkouts are available per month! Five checkouts without a waiting list!
We purchased this for voracious readers who are limited by waiting lists on Overdrive. Select wisely. If the waiting list is long on Overdrive, check and see if the title is available on Hoopla. Read on!
The goodies are yours to keep, but you must return the book, bag, and comment/review card in order to keep participating. We have a book drop on the 7th St side of the building or return the bag to a circulation desk.

This sale includes used materials including withdrawn materials and donated items. The selection varies, but we always have plenty of fiction. Sometimes we have DVD's or audio books for sale.
There is a selection of free materials in the 7th St entryway.

Do I need a library card?
Do I need a library card?
With your library card, you can: check out books, movies, eBooks and use the computers. You can browse the library, read news and magazines without a card as well as use the wi-fi.
Library cards are free to residents of Noble County.

Checking out Books and Media
You may check out up to 8 books and 4 movies at a time.
Books are checked out for 2 weeks.
Movies are checked out for 2 days.

Printing and Copying
Black and white copies: $0.25 per page with librarian assistance, $0.15 per page self-service.
Color copies: $0.75 per page with librarian assistance, $0.65 per page self-service.
All printing from the computers: $0.25 per page.
The library accepts cash or checks only. We cannot break large bills.

Computers have Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
High-speed internet access.
Computers for children available in the Children’s Library.
Those living in Noble County need to have a Perry Library Card.
Those living outside Noble County may purchase a library card for internet privileges.
Out of state guests may use the internet for half an hour.
