July 2nd Constellations and Star Maps with Matt Petersen

A former employee will speak about NASA. Older kids will explore Star Maps on tablets.  Younger kids will create constellation cubes and telescopes.

Story time for Children

Preschool Storytime is a free service of the Perry Carnegie Library.  Our mission is to instill in children a love of reading and books.

Most Wednesdays at 2:30

More Information:

  • Designed for 2 to 4 year old children and parents or caregivers.
  • Story time is usually 30 minutes.
  • In case of inclement weather, story time will be canceled if Perry Public Schools are closed.
  • Story time is year round with intermittent breaks.
  • Please check our calendar for dates.

Make story time enjoyable for all.

  • Stay with your child during the program.
  • Arrive a few minutes early to get into the mode.
  • Remove children who become disruptive.
  • Bring that library card because after all the fun is a great time to check out books!
