The Senior Citizens Center is a great way to meet new friends and visit old friends. They have a robust schedule of activities.
Cherokee Strip Transit offers low cost transportation.
Operation Blessing is a community resource for those in need. They provide shopping days, tax preparation and many other resources. Operation Blessing works hand in hand with United Community Action Program.
For the Worth of a Child is a local resource for foster families to provide clothing and shoes.

The Area Agency on Aging is a federal program that is run by state agencies. Our local chapter is in Enid and it helps with many resources including dentures, eyeglasses and legal care. Assistance is income based.
Wheatheart Nutrition provides a hot lunch for seniors.
The Ministerial Alliance has resources. Local pastors rotate leadership, so call a local church to find out who is the contact person.
The library provides information about local service providers, but we can't arrange services. We do have a printed handout available upstairs.
