With your library card, you can: check out books, movies, eBooks and use the computers. (You can browse the library, use the wi-fi, read news and magazines without a card.)
Fill out an application at the library. (Cards expire every 2 years and a signature is required for renewal.)
Provide proof of residency. Valid forms of identification include a driver’s license, voter ID, tax statement, and current bill showing current address.
Parents/Guardians – you must apply on behalf of children (ages 18 and under) and present your picture ID unless they have their own.
The child and the Parent/Guardian must be present.
Patrons may check out up to 8 materials at a time and 4 of them can be movies.
No more than 10 movies can be checked out per address at one time.
Books are checked out for 2 weeks.
Movies are checked out for 2 days.
Black and white copies: $0.25 per page with librarian assistance, $0.15 per page self service.
Color copies: $0.75 per page with librarian assistance, $0.65 per page self service.
All printing from the computers: $0.25 per page.
We accept cash or checks. The library cannot break large bills.
Computers have Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
We offer High-speed internet access.
Computers for children available in the Children’s Library.
Those living in Noble County need to have a Perry Library Card.
Those living outside Noble County may purchase a library card for internet privileges.
Out of state guests may use the internet for half an hour.

The library will print forms and instructions for 10cents a page. Bring a copy of last years tax return so you know what forms to request. Staff cannot offer tax advice or tell what forms are needed.
Available for public use for meetings and programs of educational, cultural, and civic purposes by nonprofit groups.

Groups may reserve the meeting room for no more than two meetings in any one month.
You must be over 18 years of age to reserve the meeting room.
The room may not be used for children’s birthday parties.
One adult for every eight persons under 18 must sponsor activities for children 18 and under.
The person reserving the room is responsible for clean-up; this includes removing the trash.
You may not charge admission fees or collect special donations.
Light refreshments are acceptable; items with red or brightly colored dye is not acceptable. You must supply your own cups, plates, napkins, etc.

Yes, if they are new or gently used. This would exclude outdated medical, income tax books or legal or travel guides. Materials should not be yellow, mildewy or have an odor.
Call the library and and we will tell you how many boxes we can take at one time. Pull up to the 7th St door and we can get you a cart.
Books can be requested for a $2 fee from other libraries. Not all books are available via ILL. A library card in good standing is required. It usually takes about a week for the material to arrive and we will notify you that the material is available. (This is not available for DVD's)
You can place the hold yourself on circulating materials, or if you can call we can place the hold. A library card is required.
We have an ongoing book sale upstairs. Free books are usually available in the foyer.
